PIZZELLE COOKIES

PIZZELLE COOKIES Ingredients: 6 eggs 2 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. oil 2 sticks butter 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 2 t. vanilla 4 t. anise oil 1/4 c. milk 7 c. flour   You will need a pizzelle waffle iron to make these. They are big, round and very thin cookies. Lightly grease iron once. Drop tablespoon size dollop of cookie dough onto iron. Repeat. Makes about 2 dozen.
